DELTA DVP Unlock help?

Hello has anyone find a way how to unlock delta dvp which has
- Limited attempts on
- Upload Disabled
Because all these basic programs are simply bruteforcers and they do not help much.

I got an SS2, But I am curious in any dvp model.
